No, unfortunately, Le Naturel currently only ships PAN India.
We provide free shipping on all orders above INR 599. Any order value below ₹599 has a fixed shipping charge of ₹50 on the final bill.
We use 2 layers of protective packaging, so the possibility of a damaged product is slim to none. But we allow returns when the products delivered to you are damaged, so as to be unfit for consumption. The shipping charges have to be borne by the customers themselves. Once the damaged goods are received by us, you will be refunded within 7-10 working days.
Since we are a small business, we do not offer COD.
1. Call the helpline number mentioned at the top right corner of the page.
2.Send a WhatsApp picture of the damaged good to the number, and we will confirm as soon as possible if you’re eligible for a return.
3.Once you receive the confirmation, you will have to ship the product back to the address mentioned in the WhatsApp confirmation.
4.You will be refunded the full price of the product (excluding shipping) within 7-10 days after the product reaches us.
